BEWARE! There is a scammer who is milking the bereft dog owners whose dogs are missing by telling them that he is a truck driver; that he picked up their dog to save it from being hit by traffic; that he travels around a lot and is now interstate; that you need to send him or deposit $$$ to his account for him to arrange flight travel so your dog may be returned to you.
The story might change - it might not always be a 'truck driver'. Either way, please be aware that there are cold hearted people out there who wish nothing other than to exploit your emotions to elicit money from you. Make sure you verify facts and are very confident that any person so contacting you is acting honestly and avoid transferring money to the account of anyone you don't know.
